Immortalize your Pet on our 2011 Calendar
HSDC is preparing a 2011 pet calendar and invites you to purchase a day on which to display your pet. Use the form below to select the day or dates you want to reserve and send in your check plus pet images. Calendars may be pre-purchased in time for the holidays late this year. Anyone can have their pet's photo placed in the calendar for a contribution of $20. The calendars will pre-sell for $10. There will also be advertising spots available.
The photo for the front of the 2011 calendar will be auctioned off at our annual "Cause for Paws" banquet on Saturday night, March 20th.
If you have family or friends who would like to participate in the calendar project, please print out the attached form and sample page.
Participants should make their check out to the Humane Society of Davie County. They can send a photo with their form or email a photo to robbrock@yadtel.net.
